Join Our Civil Crew | Council Maintenance Projects

We are seeking a high-performing team—one Leading Hand and two General Labourers—to deliver quality concrete infrastructure across Council sites.

Start time and Finish time - 06:15 - 15:15
Start Location - Thornstreet Depot (Free Parking on site)
9 Day Fortnights (Every second Monday Off)

Leading Hand (1 Role)

• Deliver precision screeding and high-end finishing while coaching the existing crew in advanced "tricks of the trade."

• Lead formwork setup and WHS compliance to ensure all work meets strict Council quality standards (White Card & 4+ years experience mandatory).

General Labourers (2 Roles)

• Execute site preparation, formwork boxing, and material handling to keep projects on schedule.

• PWork directly under the Leading Hand to assist with placement and maintain a safe, clean site (White Card mandatory).

What we're looking for:

• White Card (Mandatory for all roles).

• HR or MR License (Highly desirable).

• Proven experience in civil concreting and a "safety first" attitude.
